1. Stretch for 15 minutes

4.Take a 15 minute nap
6. Jog for 15 minutes
7. Have tea and crumpets (or a cupcake or muffin, whatever makes you happy)
9. Sit outside in the sun for 15 minutes
10. Write in your journal
12. Lay on the grass and watch the clouds with someone you love
14. Jump on a trampoline!
15. Run through a fountain (or sprinklers! or your water hose!)
