Chinese Fashion

I love China. And I love fashion.
That much about me is pretty obvious!
I also love different cultures, people, traditions, and styles of this world!
So, for those of you who love fashion, but have never traveled to China, I have here, a collection of photos of my time living in China from 2008-2010. Some are of me and my friends, and some are of just me, wearing clothing and accessories that I bought in China. As with every culture, you can't say that every person from that specific culture dresses the same, and China is no different. So here I have a variety of fashions! Enjoy some of this great Chinese Fashion!

In China in 2008 when I was there, punk was very big! It was a cultural revolution for the young people of China, allowing them dress in a way that was very different than what was expected of them! So of course I became friends with a bunch of punks! This was us making a music video for a Chinese punk band!

Random creeper shot on the Great Wall; She was just too cute to not take a picture of! This to me, is very quintessential Chinese fashion. Super cutesy and pastel.

The guitar player of the band, Sucker, that I got to meet, be in their music video, and hang out with! Check out his hair! This dude was way too cool!

I took a picture with this gorgeous live model. When I was in China, live models were very common (I even got to work as one for a weekend!).

This was me in my apartment in China. The bow, earrings, hoody, skirt, tights, and leg warmers were all bought while living there.

Yes, I am at a Chinese Hooters! It was awesome, the food was delicious, and they were so adorable and sweet!

These pictures were taken at the 2008 Beijing Olympic passing of the Ceremonial Torch! Everyone was decked out in their China gear; Headbands, stickers, I <3 China Shirts, Beijing 2008 Shirts, and Chinese flags were everywhere! It was SO incredible to get to be there for that, and to see everyone so proudly supporting their country!
