Today is national Small Business Saturday, and I am so happy about it! I am so excited to see that the importance of small businesses is being noticed and appreciated! If you regularly read this blog, you have probably seen my "Support Small Businesses" posts that I ocassionally write; I find incredible small businesses, run by incredible world-changing people, and tell you all about them! It is extremely important to support small businesses. Small businesses are the backbone of this country! I would much rather buy from, and support a small, local business, where I know I'm helping the owner not only make a living for them and their family, but also follow their dream, than shop at chain stores like Wal Mart, who make their owners billions, and pay their employees meager wages that they can barely live on. What about you?!

Won't you join me in supporting small businesses?!

In honor of Small Business Saturday, check out, and support these incredible small businesses today!

Lauren LaPinta Photography
My very first "Support Small Businesses" Post was about my boyfriend's sister's photography business, "Lauren LaPinta Photography." She did a fantastic Pinup Zombie photo shoot with me and Nick, and I wrote about it, and shared pictures of that, as well as other photos she's done. If you need engagement, birthday, family, or a zombie photo shoot, check out my article on Lauren LaPinta Photography here.

My second Support Small Businesses Post was about my wonderful boyfriend; he is an insanely good tattoo artist. You can read my post about him and get ahold him for a custom tattoo here.

I did a piece on my very own Financial Coaching and E-Course, that I am selling for $10. Find out what it all includes, how I came up with the price, how it can change your life,  and how to purchase it, here.

Rebel Hair Wear was the first business I wrote about that I didn't personally know the owner. I found their incredible products on Instagram, and instantly asked her about writing a piece. Their hair accessories are absolutely stunning! Find them here.

I of course wrote a piece about my very own small business; this website! Read that here.

InerTIA's Hoops is my latest Support Small Businesses Post. I have known Tia for a while, and have been delighted to watch her grow into a very world-conscious, open-minded, and now, business-minded adorable hippie! She is making and selling her own hoops, and even offering hooping lessons! Read my article all about her here.

Coco's Confitures is a great business that I have just recently learned about. I haven't written a post about them yet, but here is their website to check them out until then!

And my next "Support Small Businesses" Post that is in the writing, is about an incredible business called Amazing Creams and Lotions. Stay tuned in the next two weeks to learn all about this incredible, life (and world)-changing business!

Thanks for reading everyone! Now, just take a minute to sit back, and think about how life altering it could be, if everyone decided to support their small local businesses; Less corporate greed, more evenly distributed wealth! The possibilities are endless! Now go on out and support these, and any other small business you can find!
Peace Love and Small Businesses

Small business support is so important! Big business is taking over and we are all falling deeper and deeper into the traps. So they could "potentially" have us all monopolized. The extra dollar you spend to support a local make all the difference and with each thing being hand selected, made, cooked, or created will in time circulate and come back to you. This will also in theory lower taxes, bring up property values, creat better lives, and bring everyone a little bit closer. As a self employed tattoo artist of over 7 years, working in 3 different small shops. I know the struggle can be overwhelming. But what comes around, goes around.
You can have everything you want in life, if you just help enough other people get what they want.
-Zig Zigler

And it doesn't get more truer than that.

    I'm Jessica!

I've traveled all over the world, but Ohio is where I call home. I'm a lifestyle & travel blogger, and author. I love setting goals, reading, and snuggling up with my fur babies. I can usually be found at my local thrift store, or in the hammock in my backyard.
